I. OVERVIEW AND RULES FOR BACKYARD ULTRA
1. Course
-Race route with a total (at least) of 6.7056 kilometers

2. Starting Corral
-Measured to fit entire starting field
-Corral stays the same size thru out the event
-Participants must be in the starting corral at the bell or is DQed

3. Starts
-Each loop starts precisely 1 hour after the last
-Warning must be given 3, 2, and 1 minutes prior to start
-All competitors must start at the bell (no late starts)

4. Loops
-Except for restrooms, competitor may not leave the course until each loop is completed

VI. HOW TO GET TO THE EVENT VENUE
1. Via public transportation
Option 1. Ride a jeep with signage ‘AFP Housing/Silangan’ either in Marikina Jeepney Terminal or along Aurora Blvd. corner C. Benitez street, Cubao.
Availability – 4:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Fare – Php 35.00Option 2. From Ampid, San Mateo, Rizal (beside Mercury Drug), take a tricycle going to AFP Housing.
Availability – 24 hours Fare – Php 200.00*From AFP Housing, ride a tricycle going to Camp Sandugo – Old Parking lot (end of the concrete road) then walk for about 900 meters.
Fare – Php 70.00 good for 2 pax
